Our unique Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) approach is designed to ensure your project is planned right from the start—reducing risks, avoiding budget blowouts, and giving you the confidence that your biggest investment is in expert hands.
Step 1 | Let’s Meet Onsite
Every successful project begins with a conversation—and a walk-through of your site. This initial meeting gives us the chance to:
- Understand your goals, priorities, and lifestyle
- Review the site and highlight any considerations from a builder’s perspective
- Introduce early-stage advice from key trades (plumbers, electricians, engineers, etc.)
- Discuss council requirements, budget parameters, and the building process
Whether you come to us with plans, ideas, or a clean slate, we’ll guide you through the next steps with clarity and purpose.
Step 2 | Design Development with Expert Advice
This is where your vision starts to take shape—with a strong foundation.
We work closely with you and your chosen designer (or recommend one we trust), collaborating alongside key trades to ensure the design is practical, buildable, and cost-aligned.
During this phase, we provide:
- Value-engineered advice from experienced trades
- Regular design reviews to ensure everything works on site, not just on paper
- Guidance around reports, permits, and council requirements
- Cost and time predictions that support informed decision-making
Our goal is to refine the design before it’s finalised—saving you time, money, and stress down the track.
Step 3 | Detailed Proposal & Fixed-Price Contract
Once plans and specifications are complete, we present a detailed and transparent proposal.
This includes:
- A comprehensive breakdown of inclusions, exclusions, and allowances
- Clear costing based on current construction data—not guesswork
- A proposed build schedule
- Clarification of any variables or provisional items
We walk you through the proposal to ensure nothing is missed. Once approved, we prepare the contract and apply for your building permit.
Step 4 | Construction Phase
With all approvals and planning in place, it’s time to bring your project to life.
You’ll benefit from:
- A consistent on-site team you can get to know and trust
- Regular communication and site updates
- Scheduled meetings to walk through key stages
- The support of our in-house interior designer to help with selections and finishes

Step 5 | Post-Construction & Ongoing Support

- Guidance on how to maintain and get the best out of your new home
- Access to our team for any follow-up questions or minor adjustments
